We use the same recipe as in Napoli, the birthplace of pizza known for its Neapolitan-style pies made by skilled pizzaiolos who see pizza-making as an art.
Stefano Pizza Oven
Following Napoli traditions, our pizzas are baked in a Stefano Ferrara oven at very high heat for under ninety seconds, resulting in a soft interior and lightly charred exterior.
